Vikas Sinha brings more than 25 years of experience in executive finance roles within the biopharmaceutical industry. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alexion Pharmaceuticals for more than 11 years, where he oversaw the global expansion of the company across 50 countries and revenue growth to more than $3 billion. Prior to joining Alexion, Mr. Sinha held various positions with Bayer AG across the world, including CFO, Bayer Pharma, North America and CFO, Bayer Yakuhin, Japan. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of ElevateBio and an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Verona.
Mr. Sinha received his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
