Medha Chadha, is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Investor Relations at AlloVir. In this role she advances AlloVir's strategic and corporate objectives to maximize shareholder value. She brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic advisory, capital raising, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior to joining AlloVir, Ms. Chadha was the U.S. Head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Syndicate at Cantor Fitzgerald, where she was hired to build, lead and grow the ECM Syndicate business from scratch. In three years, she executed over 100 transactions raising over $10bn in aggregate, pitched and won landmark mandates and helped to grow the business into a top 10 ECM Healthcare franchise. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, she spent more than 12 years at Credit Suisse in ECM, in positions of increasing responsibility executing over 300+ transactions and raising over $100bn in equity capital across the Healthcare, TMT, Retail & Consumer, Financials sectors. In her roles, Ms. Chadha has advised global C-level executives and corporate Boards throughout the deal process, including complex cross border transactions.
Ms. Chadha holds an M.B.A with Highest Distinction from Columbia Business School and a B.A. with Honors in Mathematics and Economics with a Minor in Chemistry from New York University.
