Sonia Choi, AlloVir’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations, brings more than two decades of experience leading global, regional, and in-market communications within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Ms. Choi joined AlloVir from Gilead Sciences, where she most recently served as Interim Senior Vice President of Public Affairs. During her tenure, she was responsible for global communications about the company’s pipeline and products, shaping understanding about the value of these innovations for patients and public health.

She also led the international expansion of the company’s communications, patient advocacy, and corporate giving in Europe and Asia. Prior to Gilead, Ms. Choi led global and U.S. brand communications at Bristol Myers Squibb and worked at leading healthcare public relations agencies.

Ms. Choi received a BA in French from Swarthmore College.
